This unit is in a gated condominium complex with 24-security and is located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping.

From the top floor of this 3-story complex, this air-conditioned condominium features a living room with cable TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large patio, and 3 balconies offering refreshing breezes from the Pacific Ocean as well as views of the majestic Sierra Madre del Sur. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has a double and a single.

The owners have furnished this delightful condominium with furniture and art from different areas of this fascinating country. All furnishings, towels and linens are of the highest quality to ensure your comfort during your stay in this beautiful area.

Ceiling fans and refreshing breezes from both the ocean and the mountains are usually sufficient to assure your comfort in our tropical climate where the temperature averages 82°F (26°C) and the sun shines an average of 255 days a year.

Some local activities available in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo are sport fishing, diving, snorkeling, ecological countryside tours, bird watching, golf, tennis, sailing, surfing, zip-line tours, archaeological tours, and bicycle tours. Whales can be seen along our coast during the winter months, and playful dolphins can be seen on almost any boat trip in the open ocean as well as frequently playing in the surf.

We are located next to a paved walking/jogging/biking/skating trail that runs from one end of Ixtapa to the other and through the Aztlan Ecological Park all the way to the beach at Playa Linda where crocodiles and other local fauna can be seen among the mangrove estuary.
